Rangers Lose a Heartbreaker against Colorado College in Double Overtime

DENVER, Colo.-- It was a tale of two periods as the Rangers got off to a fast start against Colorado College. RU was in control as they outscored the Tigers 10-5 in the first period. CC came out strong and controlled the game in the second period scoring 11 goals and eventually winning in double overtime 18-17.

The Rangers scored the first four goals of the game. The Tigers answered scoring three of their own but RU kept CC in check for most of the first period.

Rangers Fall to Dowling College in their Final Road Contest 21-9

BROOKHAVEN, N.Y.-- The Ranger lacrosse team finished their road trip to New York with another tough contest against Dowling College. RU kept the game close in the first period as they were within four goals. Unfortunately the Golden Lions got off to a fast start in the second period scoring the first five goals and coming out on top with the 21-9 victory.

Despite falling behind early in the game 4-0 the Rangers battled back and pulled within two goals at 5-3 with just under 10 minutes remaining the first period.
