Klein and Williamson Named Colorado Premier Challenge All-Tournament
Denver, Colo.: Regis University freshmen Katie Klein and Jaclyn Williamson were each named to the 13-member Colorado Premier Challenge All-Tournament Team. The pair helped the Rangers to a third place finish in the ultra-competitive tournament with a 3-1 record.
Klein, a right side hitter, was seventh in the tournament field with a 3.29 kill per set average. She was third for Regis with a .218 attack percentage. Williamson, the Rangers setter, was third in the tournament with 11.41 assist per set average.
Klein and Williamson were the only two freshman named to the team. The two setters other than Williamson that were named were both named All-Americans last season.
