Kearney, Neb.: For the final time in RMAC regular season play the Regis Rangers played Nebraska-Kearney and for the 14th time in a row the Rangers came up on the short end of the score.
#22 Regis (13-4, 5-2 RMAC) hit just .033 on the night, while #8 Nebraska-Kearney connected on .327.
The Rangers didn't have an answer for the deep Lopers falling by scores of 25-12, 25-15, 25-11.
Junior Caitlin McDonnell played well offensively connecting on a team-high 11 kills and just two errors for a .310 attack percentage. Sophomore Sage Martinson contributed 23 assists and had nine digs, while senior Cassidee Young dug out a match-high 20 balls.
Regis, the RMAC leader in blocks, had just one total block on the night and that was a solo block by Martinson.
Regis returns home for RMAC action on Friday as they host Colorado Mines at 7:00 p.m.
