Ranger Volleyball Falls to Fifth-Ranked Nebraska-Kearney 3-0

Kearney, Neb.: The Rangers completed their five-game road series with a 3-0 loss to the fifth- ranked Nebraska-Kearney Lopers on Saturday. After falling to the Lopers, Regis holds a 12-11 overall record (10-5 RMAC).

All three sets ended in a score of 25-15 in favor of UNK (24-1, 14-0 RMAC). While the Lopers snagged the win, Regis forced them to make 16 attack errors while totaling 9.5 team blocks and 19 block assists. The Lopers totaled three team blocks and four block assists. 

Freshman Katie Hudencial and sophomore Cassidee Young both reached double digits in digs with ten each. Senior Maggie Workman and freshman Jordan Hughes each had seven.

Up next, the Rangers will face Colorado School of Mines at home on Fri., Oct. 30th. Gametime is set for 7:00 p.m.
