Rangers Fall in Four

Grand Junction, Colo.: Regis lost 1-3 this evening to the Mesa State Mavericks 25-30, 30-20, 26-30, 24-30. The loss brings Regis to 8-13 overall, 6-7 in the RMAC and improves Mesa State to 11-10 overall, 7-6 in the RMAC.

Meghan Meehan (So., Huntington Beach, Calif.) recorded a game high 21 kills (21k-4e-45a) with a .378 hitting percentage. Liz Franz (Jr., Littleton, Colo.) was also in the double digits with 12 kills (12k-4e-31a).

RU had 27 errors for the night matching Mesa and .174 hitting percentage compared to a .204 hitting percentage recorded by the Mavericks.

The Rangers return home on Friday, October 19th to take on Metro State at 7p.m.
