Rangers fall to CSU-Pueblo
Denver, Colo.: The Rangers were swept tonight by the CSU-Pueblo
Thunderwolves 23-30, 28-30, 23-30. The loss will put the Rangers at
6-10 overall, 4-4 in the RMAC. The match bumps the Thunderwolves up
to 5-11, 3-5 in the RMAC.
Liz Franz (So., Littleton, Colo.) led the game in kills with 17 and
a .536 hitting percentage (17k-2e-28a). She was the only Regis
player in the double digits with kills.
The Rangers struggled offensively with a .115 hitting percentage
compared to CSU-Pueblo's .265. The Rangers offensive struggle led
to 28 errors on the match.
The Rangers will try to get back in the win column as they host
Adams State tomorrow night, September 28, at 7p.m. in the Regis
Fieldhouse.
