Women’s Soccer Welcomes Six New Rangers
Denver, Colo.: The Ranger women’s soccer program has signed six incoming freshman for the upcoming 2012 season. Danielle Dageenakis, Tegan Griffin, Jade Hilbert, Kate Pellegrino, Brianna Randall and Sindy Szabo will join the Ranger ranks.

Women’s Soccer Places Three on 2011 NSCAA Women’s College Scholar All-West; Davis and White to First
Colorado Springs, Colo.: Three Rangers were named to the 2011 NSCAA Women’s College Scholar All-West Teams. Marissa Davis and Taylor White were named to the first team, while Nicole Eddings earned second team honors.

Miller and Cahill Named NSCAA All-Americans; Three Others Garner All-Central Region Status
Dec. 9th, 2011: The Ranger women’s soccer team received accolades today by placing two on the NSCAA All-America Team. Forward Jordan Miller was named to the Second Team while defender Alison Cahill was named to the Third Team. Both women were named to the NSCAA All-Central Region First Team.

#16 Rangers Finish Season with 1-0 Loss to Skyhawks
Durango, Colo.: The Rangers dropped the NCAA tournament second round match 1-0 to the Skyhawks of Fort Lewis College. FLC hosted the match at 11:30 this morning and the women were showered with a rainy, snowy mix throughout.

Rangers High Intensity Fuels 3-0 Win Over Mavericks
Regis took on the Colorado Mesa University Mavericks in the first round of the NCAA Division II Women’s Soccer tournament, defeating them 3-0 in 90 minutes. The women came out to Dirks Field in Durango, Colo. with enough intensity to place two goals in the back of the Maverick goal within the first 13 minutes of play.

The 16th-ranked Regis University women's soccer team is making their fourth consecutive NCAA Tournament berth and will play at Fort Lewis College against Mesa State on Friday, Nov. 11th.

Rangers Ranked 16th on NSCAA/Continental Tire National Rankings
Nov. 8th, 2011: The Ranger women’s soccer team ranked 16th on the NSCAA/Continental Tire national rankings today. The Ranger women’s soccer team was named the RMAC regular season champions with a 14-4-0 overall record and a 11-3-0 conference record.

Ranger Women’s Soccer Receive #3 Seed in NCAA Central Region Tournament
Indianapolis, Ind.: The Ranger women’s soccer team was selected to compete in the NCAA Division II Women’s Soccer 48-team tournament. Regis, along with five other RMAC teams out of the six in the tournament, will compete in the Central Regional Tournament for the fourth straight season.

#16 Rangers Fall to Colorado Mesa in RMAC Conference Tournament
The women’s soccer program fell 1-0 to the Mavericks of Colorado Mesa today in the first round of the RMAC Conference tournament hosted by Regis University in Denver, Colo. The semifinal match ended with the Rangers attempting 15 shots, eight of which were on goal.

Regis Soccer Teams Look to Win RMAC Championships; Women Host RMAC Tournament
The Ranger men and women’s soccer teams will both be playing in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Tournament this weekend. After the teams immense performances throughout regular season play, both teams are ranked 2nd in the region. The men jumped up one spot this week, while the women vaulted from fifth.

Eddings Named RMAC Defensive Player of the Week
Goalkeeper Nicole Eddings was named RMAC Defensive Player of the Week for her performances last week in the 1-0 shutouts over Adams State College and then ranked #6 Fort Lewis College that led the Rangers to an RMAC regular season title.

Rangers Rank 16th on NSCAA National Poll
The Rangers women’s soccer program made their way back on the NSCAA National Poll this past week, ranking 16th. The Rangers just ended regular season play with and RMAC regular season title. The women ended with an overall record of 14-4-0 and an RMAC Conference record of 11-3-0.

Miller and White Connect to Put #8 Fort Lewis Under 1-0
The Ranger women’s soccer team defeated RMAC Conference competition, the #8 Fort Lewis Skyhawks 1-0 today for ‘Senior Day.’ Five seniors were honored prior to the last home regular season match for their dedication to the Ranger program including forward Jordan Miller, midfielder Heidi Chandler, midfielder Shawnee Wood, forward Kari Taylor, and student assistant coach Rosie Campbell.

The Rangers scored in the 50th minute of play to clinch the win over the Grizzlies of Adams State College. The RMAC match took place in Alamosa, Colo., where the women had 10 shots, four of which were on goal.

The Ranger women’s soccer team took a 2-1 loss today against the Roadrunners of Metro State. The women travelled across town for the RMAC conference competition. The team had 16 shots, five of which were on goal. The first half saw some action, but none of it resulted in any goals.

The women’s soccer program took on the Mountain Lions of UC-Colorado Springs today in Colorado Springs, Colo. The RMAC Conference game finished with just under two minutes remaining in the second over-time period.

Rangers Overcome Cougars in 1-0 RMAC Conference Shutout
The Ranger women scored a goal in the final minutes of the game to secure a 1-0 win over Colorado Christian University in today’s RMAC competition. The game went scoreless until the Rangers seized their final opportunity to score in the 90th minute of the game.

The Rangers entered the match pitch prepared to give a good show for family weekend. The team shut out the Adams State College Grizzlies 4-0. The Rangers had 15 shots, nine of which were on goal.
