Rangers Head to Allendale, Mich. to Face Cross Town Rival Metro State in Regional Final

Denver, Colo.: The Regis women's soccer team is heading to Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Mich. to face cross town rival Metro State in the Regional final game on Friday afternoon. Kickoff is set for 11:00 am ET.
The Rangers (17-6-0) have faced Metro State (18-1-3) twice so far this season: once in regular season play and for a second time in the RMAC championship game. The Roadrunners defeated the Rangers in the first game 6-0 and in the second matchup 1-0.

Whichever RMAC team claims victory on Friday will play in the Elite Eight on Sun. against either Grand Valley State (22-0-0) or Wisconsin Parkside (17-0-2) at 1:00 p.m. ET. Regis' all-time record against Grand Valley State is 0-1 with the loss occuring in 2007 at home. The Rangers lost 0-1. Regis has never faced Wisconsin Parkside.
