Jordan Miller Scores Lone Goal in Rangers 1-0 Defeat Over Mesa State

Denver, Colo.: Freshman forward Jordan Miller scored Regis' (7-5-0, 4-2-0 RMAC) lone goal in the Rangers 1-0 victory over Mesa State Sunday afternoon in Denver.

85 minutes and 11 seconds of play went by before the score broke 0-0. Miller scored her ninth goal of the season at this mark when she was assisted by sophomore Katie Horn on the first and only goal of the game.

The Rangers outshot the Mavericks 17 to 10 with four of their shots being on goal. Mesa (8-4-0, 3-3-0 RMAC) had three shots on goal.

The Rangers will face New Mexico Highlands on Sun., Oct. 12 at New Mexico. Kickoff is set for noon.
