Holly Redmond Named Defensive Player of the Week

Colorado Springs, Colo.: Holly Redmond was named defensive player of the week the conference announced Tuesday.

The Rangers faced No. 22 Carson-Newman Friday, Oct. 26 and defeated them 3-0. Redmond played all 90 minutes of the game in goal saving seven shots to shutout the Lady Eagles.

She is 4-1-0 on the season with a total of 24 saves and three shutouts.
