Carter Cornett Named RMAC Offensive Player of the Week

Colorado Springs, Colo.: Senior forward Carter Cornett was named RMAC offensive player of the week the conference announced Tuesday.

Cornett has eight goals on the season in just six games along with one assist. Two of those goals were scored against CSU-Pueblo Friday, Sept. 12 when she took six shots, five of which were on goal. She then scored her third goal of the weekend against Colorado Christian Sunday, Sept. 14 to give her a total of seven points, seven shots on goal, and 14 game shots for the weekend.
