Ranger Women's Lacrosse Earns First Ever National Ranking at #14 National

Denver, Colo.: Five straight wins, including a 19-4 blowout of then #11 ranked Rollins, has propelled the Regis University women's lacrosse team into the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Top 15 poll at #14.

It is the first time in school history that the Rangers have been ranked and with their current five-game winning streak they are 10-3 overall.  RU has defeated two teams in the top 15, including current #11 Queens University.

The Rangers only losses this season are to NCAA Division I Colorado, #5 Lindenwood and #9 Pfeiffer.  RU is currently second in the RMAC with a 3-1 loop record, trailing Lindenwood by a game.

The Rangers head to Colorado Mesa for their final RMAC game on Friday before travelling to Colorado Springs to take on Colorado College on Thursday, April 24.  Regis will host the inagural RMAC Tournament on May 2-3.
