Ranger Women's Golf Ends Fall Season with Second Place Finish at Quality Inn Maverick Invite

Grand Junction, Colo.: The final round of the fall season wasn't the Rangers best but in a season of record breaking performances it was the finest season in the women's program history.  Regis shot a 358 in the second round to follow up a 334 in the first round to finish second with a 692 to host Mesa State.

Sophomore Alex Semanko shot a 167 (81-86) to finish in third place.  Also shooting an 81 in the first round was freshman Lara Pocs who followed that up with an 88 for a total of 169 to tie for fourth.

Junior Emily Einfeldt followed up a 90 with an 86 to finish in 11th carding a two-round 176.  Sophomore Haley Robinson finished in 14th place with a 180 (82-98), with junior Kacee Harris tying for 18th after carding a 208 (99-109).

That ends the fall season for Regis and they will resume their 2009-10 season sometime in the spring.
