Rebekah Tippets Named to RMAC All-Time Team
Denver, Colo.: Rebekah Tippets was named to the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Softball All-Time Team after playing outfield for the Rangers from 1999-2002. Tippets was named RMAC Co-Player of the Year in 2002 and was a four time First Team All-RMAC selection. She is the only softball player in Regis History to be named to the Regis Hall of Fame.
In her career as a Ranger, Tippets batted .397, which is the third highest in a career at Regis, with a career-high average of .430 during her first year in 1999. She totaled 170 RBI, the most of any player in Regis history. In her four years she accumulated a slugging percentage of .642, which places her second in the Regis career record books.
She had an on-base percentage of .457, which is third highest in Regis career history, and was a perfect 19-for-19 in stolen bases. She is fourth for career runs with 135 and tops the Ranger annals with 244 career hits. Her 49 doubles and 24 triples are both tops in the Regis career records book while her 69 walks are second.
