Rangers to Compete in NCAA Regional Meet Saturday, November 5th

The Ranger men's and women's cross country teams will compete in the RMAC Regional Meet hosted by Metro State at Washington Park in Denver, Colo. on Saturday, November 5^th. The women will run at 11:00 AM and the men will run at 12:00 PM.

The NCAA Championship meet will be run at the Plants Ferry Athletic Complex in Spokane, Wash. on Saturday, November 19^th. The top six teams from the men's side at the Regional meet will advance to the Championship meet, while the top five teams from the women's side will advance.
