Ranger Junior Greg Johnson Earns Spot in NCAA Men's Golf Division II Super Regionals
Denver, Colo.: Junior Greg Johnson was named as an individual to the NCAA Division II Men's Golf West/Central Super Regional played at The Classic Club in Palm Desert, Calif. May 3-5.
Johnson leads the Rangers with a 76.0 scoring average including a low-round of 68 at the season opening Wayland Baptist Peaks Classic in La Veta, Colo.
The
top five teams and the top two student-athletes not with a team
from each regional (regardless of region) will advance to the
finals May 18-21 at The Sagamore Club in Noblesville, Ind. The
finals will be hosted by the Indiana Sports Corporation, the
University of Indianapolis, the Great Lakes Valley Conference and
the Hamilton County Sports Authority.
