The Regis men's basketball team fell for the fourth straight time in Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference action this time to Chadron State 79-73. The Rangers jumped out to a 42-37 halftime lead helped out by the fact that the Rangers hit 68 percent (17-of-25) from the field.

The Regis Rangers couldn't rebound from a dismal shooting first half in falling for the second straight game, this time to Colorado Christian 80-63. Regis shot just 27.6 percent from the field in the first half, a night after shooting 29.6 percent in their opening stanza against Colorado Mines.

The Regis University men's basketball team rebounded from a season-opening loss to Caldwell College where they shot just 38.5 percent with an 80-55 thumping of Colorado College. The Rangers shooting was on the mark tonight as they shot an impressive 58.3 percent from the field including 65.2 percent in the second half.

Ranger Men's Basketball Picked 10th in RMAC Preseason Poll
The Regis men's basketball team will have a lot of new faces this winter when they take the court. Only four returners are back from last season's 14-14 team that lost in the first round of the RMAC Tournament to eventual tournament champion Fort Lewis. With nine newcomers the RMAC coaches picked the Rangers to finish 10th overall and fifth in the East Division.
