Mark Weber is in his second season as assistant coach at Regis University in 2013.  Weber serves as the Rangers third base coach.  During the 2010-11 season he was an assistant coach at Upper Iowa University where he served as the first base coach and an assistant hitting instructor.

Weber is a 2010 graduate of Luther College in Decorah, Iowa where as a senior he was second on the team with a .368 batting average leading the Luther to a 25-18 record.  The four-time letterwinner led the team with four triples as a senior.  Weber ranks ninth in Norse history with a .344 batting average and is tied for the school record with 11 triples.  He had 115 career hits and ranks in the top five with a .521 slugging percentage.
