Junior Catcher Tim Lewis Named Capital One Academic All-District VII
Denver, Colo.: Junior catcher Tim Lewis was named to the Capital One Academic All-District VII Baseball First Team for his efforts in the classroom.
Lewis is just one of two RMAC student-athletes named to the 11-man team.
The Tahoe Vista, Calif. native, Lewis was also honored as an All-RMAC Academic First Team member and has earned a 3.96 GPA in business. Lewis is batting .286 on the season and has a .375 on-base percentage.
Lewis will move on and have a chance to earn an Academic All-America honor.
