Senior Mike McElreath Earns RMAC Baseball Pitcher of the Week Accolades

Colorado Springs, Colo.: Senior pitcher Mike McElreath was today named the RMAC Baseball Pitcher of the Week following his seven-inning gem on Sunday.

The Aurora, Colo. native and graduate of Smoky Hill HS allowed Sioux Falls just two hits in the Rangers 9-2 victory on Sunday.  He gave up no earned runs and just two runs overall while striking out two Cougar batters.

McElreath and the Rangers will hook up with cross-town rival Metro State this weekend in a non-conference four-game series.
