• Against Colorado Mines on April 19th he was a perfect 2-for-2 with one RBI and two runs scored

• A 2007 graduate of Highlands Ranch High School
• A three-year letter winner in baseball playing catcher
• An all-conference honorable mention selection as a sophomore
• Named first team all-conference as a junior and senior
• Participated in the Top 50 Senior Game
• Earned honorable mention Louisville Slugger All-American honors as a senior
• Helped lead his team to the 5A Continental League Championship in 2007
• Played football for two years.
