Christy Henzgen and Taylor Diem Named Female and Male SAAC Student-Athletes of the Month
Denver, Colo.: The Regis University Student-Athlete Advisory Committee today named their September Athletes of the Month. Sophomore Taylor Diem of the men's soccer team and Christy Henzgen of the volleyball team were named the first male and female athlete's of the month for 2010.
Taylor Diem: Taylor Diem is a transfer from Hofstra University and is originally from Middleton, Wis. He is majoring in communications and was nominated for his stellar contribution to the men’s soccer team so far this season. He is a defender but has been an asset on the attacking end with four goals this season.
