The 2011-12 season will mark Ron Crane's 10th year as the Fieldhouse Facilities Coordinator in the RU Athletic Department.  Crane is in charge of not only the fieldhouse but all the adjacent soccer, baseball and softball fields.

Prior to joining the RU Athletic Department, Crane spent five years as Regis' Lead Maintenance Mechanic in the University's Physical Plant and two years as a cook in Regis' Marriott (now Sodexho) dining facility. All told, Crane is now in his 13th year at Regis University.

Crane attended Brazosport College (Richwood, Texas) during the 1973-74 season, earning a scholarship to compete on the school's men's basketball team. During his prep career, Crane competed in basketball, baseball, football and track & field at Brazosport High School in Freeport, Texas. Crane helped guide the BHS basketball team to it's first ever 4A All-County Tournament title.

Crane currently resides in Westminster with his wife, Debbie.
