Regis University Athletics Hall of Fame History

On February 22, 1997, the inaugural class of the Regis University Athletics Hall of Fame was inducted during a ceremony at the North Denver campus. The initial induction began a process in which the Regis University Athletics Department seeks to remember and honor the accomplishments of outstanding individuals throughout its rich history.

The mission of the Regis University Athletics Hall of Fame is to recognize individuals and teams who have made outstanding contributions to the Regis University tradition of excellence in athletics through their achievements as athletes, coaches or as contributors through service or support to intercollegiate athletics.

Following the 1998 induction ceremony, it was determined that future classes would be honored on an every-other-year basis.
